Destiny 2

Destiny 2

データを表示:
Destiny 2 keeps reverting back to using integrated graphics.
I've been having a lot of issues with d2 stuttering after a certain amount of time (60-90 or so minutes), or when I change activities. I've checked my nvidia settings frequently, and it has changed itself to run d2 on integrated settings multiple times after the stuttering and fps drops happen. I've even given windows control of which gpu is used for games, but I just discovered that d2 still swaps to my integrated graphics. It doesn't seem to matter what I have it set at prior to playing d2. It can change afterwards before to long.

My pc specs aren't the best, but they're sufficient to run the game, so please no judgement for me not being able to afford a full gaming pc. GPU: Nvidia 1650; CPU: Intel Core i5 9th gen; RAM 8GB (which is still supposed to be enough, according to the steam page); 2TB HDD. Before season of the lost, I'd managed to get my fps stable without the stuttering that impacts every play session. I've tried a lot of fixes, but I feel like the root of the problem is Nvidia or d2 switching which graphics card d2 is using.

Any help would be appreciated. Telling me to buy a better pc is not helping; only d2 has this issue, so it isn't my pc.

And yes, my drivers are up to date, and I have the latest version of windows 10.

To everyone who tries to help, thank you.

Hi there!

You need to disabled to Intel Integrated Chipset inside your Manage 3D Settings section in the nVidia Control Panel.

Thank you. How do I do that? I can't see the option under the program settings for D2 nor under the global settings.
