about the iron banner armor sets?

i been seeing these iron banner armor sets and they looks pretty rad, more so with this new flamming one

im by any means not a pvp player at all and i can tell you im total garbage at it too , i just stick with pve all day
but uh flaming armor piece? i want that so bad but idk what to do to even get iron banner armor pieces , let alone how to do the activity?

what is the easiest and or best method for me to get these iron banner armor pieces (for a titan) and get it while iron banner is here (for so the flaming armor piece ) , i am so clueless





or could i just get the armor pieces and this flaming one too, by just playing and just being a total noob?
anyone fill me in any of this?

I haven't played IB at all this reset yet, but from what I've heard the fire is only active during IB and it's all the same set.

Gotta play iron banner. They will either drop randomly or drop when you've completed IB bounties or when you turn in enough tokens. Lots of people are garbage at PvP and that doesn't stop them from playing so go play and get your loot bro .

you get iron banner armor from playing iron banner and trading iron banner tokens with lord salading for random iron banner drops.

if you want ez mode pvp just take a long range primary like a pulse rifle or a scout rifle and fire away. I suggest No TIme to Explain or Dead Man's Tale if you own them. Mythoclast is also good although it's the only primary fusion rifle in the game.

Hitting your shots with those guns is much easier because d2's bullet magnetism will give you free hits at range, plus they outrange hand cannons which most people are using. They are not better than hand cannons but are much easier to use. Just remember: take advantage of that range!

If you're not using an exotic primary, use Lord of Wolves as your shotgun and spam the fire button when you see someone at close or mid range (aiming might increase precision at mid range). It is easier to use, more consistent and more forgiving than legendary shotguns and has greater range than most shotguns.

IB quest, random drop after match, tokens
Armour will shine only during IB week. So, really no point if want that only for glow.

Just go to Saladin, pick up his bounties and just go into the mode. Take note, light level advantages are enabled so if you are low level you will take more damage and deal a bit less damage.. IB is also completely filled with DMT spammers and shotgun apes.

and since the armor flame is only when its iron banner time (the whole purpose of my interest in the flame)

it be best i just stick with the solstice armors?

If you want a continuous animation on armor, go with solstice. You can still use the IB gear if you like it everytime IB is up.

The flames are the iron banner version of trials glow

You are guaranteed at least one full set just by doing the IB seasonal quest; this is character based too, so each class can earn its own armor set. You can then potentially earn them by completing matches, turning in tokens, or completing the 4 pinnacle bounties.

I'm pretty bad at pvp too but the good thing is that even if you don't get any kill or if you get killed a lot, you'll get a small amount of iron banner tokens at the end of each match so with patience, you'll probably be able to get these armors as rewards.

yeah, the glow is only active when IB is, so about once a month for a week
