why tf is bountiful wells not available in the season 15 thingy

im rank 20 in the thing where you do the upgrading and stuff to progress the seasonal quest and bountiful wells is nowhere to be found even tho im 4 ranks above what i need to be to collect it

Some of the mod rewards at the compass are on some kind of rotation, like it may only be showing one of three mods at any one time. The slot that gives you Bountiful Wells is shared between Seeking Wells and Enduring Wells too I believe. Sorry not sure on when it rotates, if it is daily or weekly.
