3 legendary engrams stuck in post office.

So I have room in my storage (over 100 spaces left), am only equipped with one weapon in each slot, and only holding the armor I am wearing... yet I have 3 legendary engrams in the post office and says "not enough room" when I try to retrieve them. I know this happens if you are holding too many weapons and fill up the reserve spaces, but I have nothing in the reserve spaces at all, and only the weapons I have on me are the ones equipped, same with armor, and like I said, there is plenty of space left in my storage.

Any ideas why these engrams are stuck in my postal account or how to retrieve them?

Open your character page. Then look along the top for "Inventory".

Then look over on the right hand side. You have 10 available spaces for Engrams. There's a good chance that those are all full. You'll need to go to Master Rahool for the regular ones, and to H.E.L.M. to unlock the Umbral ones.

My guess would be that even if the exotics unlock instantly, they still have to pass through that section of your inventory and it's probably full.

But that's just a guess on my part, I could also be wrong.

you can only hold 10 engrams in your inventory at once, you're probably full on umbral's or primes

Hey there, is your engram inventory full? Like, with umbral engrams? Once your engram inventory is full, you stop being able to pick up dropped legendary loot (you used to have to take all engrams to Rahool, that was changed in Forsaken to just being Prime Engrams, but engrams need room in the engram inventory first before they can decrypt).

Clear some of those umbrals out and you'll be able to pick up those legendary engrams.

Allways keep an eye on your umbrals and open them at the HELM, they drop like candy.

if you dont care about the loot (like me who has most every weapon i want from regular drops) you can delete the prime engrams (regular legendary out of post also) and still get the shards without having to go through the extra steps of decrypting the item before delete. umbrals will not give shards for being deleted, they need to be decrypted first.
