Annoying resolution & window mode glitch

Wanna make sure I'm not the only one this is happening to. My game is supposed to be at 1920x1080 resolution & windowed fullscreen, but every time I boot up the game it resets to 1280x1024 & regular fullscreen. That is the size of my secondary monitor, but like all my other games D2 boots up on my larger primary screen. Like I said I want to know if anyone else has this problem. I also hadn't played in almost a month, so I wouldn't be able to tell when this started, whether it was with an update or just happened out of nowhere.

Edit: Nothing else appears to have been changed by the glitch, just those two things.
