Cant play arms dealer

I just bought shadowkeep and alongside other things i got the exotic quest for leviathans breath, and a step requiers me to play the arms dealers strike, but it wont let due to season 8 requierment. And now i cant launch the strike at all, would going into playlist and hoping arms dealer come on solve this?

It seems to be a known bug. I don't believe this was intentional. Anyone who didn't have season 8 and picked up the quest in season 9 cannot complete the last strike requirement

Hopefully season 8 will be included into 9 since some quests are now unplayable.

How many have they fixed too? The majority. They ♥♥♥♥ up, they admit to it and usually fix it quickly. People just need to wait, there is plenty more ♥♥♥♥ to do in the game in the meantime.

How many have they fixed too? The majority. They ♥♥♥♥ up, they admit to it and usually fix it quickly. People just need to wait, there is plenty more ♥♥♥♥ to do in the game in the meantime.

You can't. I just tried both strike and nightfall. What a big disappointment.. And I am a returning player from Warmind.. Really still gives me a bad impression about this game

you would rather they delay season 9? Better to have new content for the community to play than be stuck in limbo between seasons.

Try and use a different character on the account (not your first one).
It seems to allow those characters to access the strike for me...
Not that this really fixes the issues but it is possible on other characters if need be. :)

I just got my bow this morning and i got no problem doing all the quest including the strike.

Maybe because I did in season 8 half way until kill vex and cabal and I forgot entirely until this morning and I just finished it like nothing happen.
I don't even know that this is an issue.

Maybe it's a bug to some people?

There is an issue. Anyone that started their account this season, their FIRST character made can't run the arms dealer quest as it says "Season 8 Required" but i just tried on 2 alts on the same account and both of those can do it fine. The issue still remains that accounts activated this season can't access the quest on their main character...

okay so i'm a new destiny 2 player, and when i first started i was able to play "the arms dealer" strike, even got the emblem that keeps track of my top score, but i can't access the strike on earth

Has anyone tried it with the Imperial Invitation variant of The Arms Dealer? It's the difficult one that requires a fireteam and locks your gear. My clan seems to think it'll work with that one.
