[BUG] Resonate Stem not converting to Override Frequency

I'm on 'The Machine's Gun' quest step 'Nodes and Protocols'. I'm currently at 8/15 sleeper nodes accessed. However, I noticed that after the Season of Dawn launch, none of my resonate stems are converting into override frequencies so I can't seem to progress my quest. Anyone else in this predicament? If so, how'd you progress? Are there other sources for override frequencies? My inventory is at 40/50 so I know it's not a space issue.
