[BUG] Resonate Stem not converting to Override Frequency

I'm on 'The Machine's Gun' quest step 'Nodes and Protocols'. I'm currently at 8/15 sleeper nodes accessed. However, I noticed that after the Season of Dawn launch, none of my resonate stems are converting into override frequencies so I can't seem to progress my quest. Anyone else in this predicament? If so, how'd you progress? Are there other sources for override frequencies? My inventory is at 40/50 so I know it's not a space issue.

I second this. They're just NOPING out of my inventory when I convert them, really annoying.

For now, everyone, you can still collect stems. Just don't convert them, they stack over the conversion limit of 4.

guess its just the new season patch that boned up the Resonate Stems... wasted 24 myself trying to convert em... yea i know shoulda just learned after the first 2 or 3 stacks but i happened to be so tired i burned through 6 stacks before i noticed they weren't converting

Well, I have farmed enough for the Sleeper Stimulant, now just waiting for the bug fix..
