PvE you'll want to grab Izanagi's or Anarchy (Sleeper could be good depend on the fusion rifle buffs next season)
120's are gonna get a range nerf, to what extent well we'll have to wait and see but if its enough to pring 140's back then we're going back to an Ace of Spades meta or Dead mans tale will step up in place of the 120's and the meta will more or less look the same, maybe with more pulse rifles.
I have a related question. How do gun stats work exactly in this game? I have a Crimson with Catalyst and all of its stats are better if not way better than Ace of Spades and last word and other top tier hand cannons in PVP. But Crimson is not a top tier weapon in PVP, right? Is it because of the damage being divided into a three bullet burst? Is it because of the perks?
Ace is good because it has really good base stats compared to other 140s and it has a butt load of perks. Firefly is basically outlaw and dragonfly combined into one perk, it has it's own version of kill clip that never times out and it basically has the hunter exotic knucklehead radar built-in, in that you don't lose your radar while aiming it.
That said, 120s are still generally a better pick than ace in the current sandbox, but that might change when their range nerf hits on Tuesday.
