Considering that Ikora has been without any sort of voice lines or interaction for what 2 or more years? Yeah I'm sorry that I'm not going to miss her not being there. This is why hiring screen play actors to play as VOs is just not sustainable on average, Hendrixson being I guess the exception though from what I understand he's not the first Zavala VA. Cayde-6 is another example, they had to change his VO after D2 was released then they killed him off.

She had a good voice for the character but hey if you can't stay with the project then all I can say is "bye", I hope the next overpaid movie actor that they hire stays with it for a bit longer then a year.

Don't care for Bungie's portrayal of characters in Destiny. Osiris was cool and mysterious in Destiny 1. He turned out to be super underwhelming in D2. Nathan gave Cayde life, yet they axed him. I would have loved if Morena permanently replaced our ghost. Am so sick of hearing Nolan with the horrible dialogue (No offense to Nolan). There is little personality or charisma in this game. Spider and Crow are at least still interesting. Zavala needs to die :/. He's kinda worthless just like Ikora. Use Amanda's voice more. At least she is spunky.

I'm sure Nathan Fillion had other prioritise and couldn't commit to a schedule for destiny. The fact that Nolan North voiced him in forsaken and nobody could tell the difference shows that as long as the voice actor is good it doesn't really matter.

Hell, Nolan North could probably have voiced ikora too, the man is a GOAT in the VA industry.
