Anyone here still needing the catalyst for the Witherhoard Launcher? I wasn't around for season of Arrivals and I don't have the season pass for it. I'm trying to complete it fast and efficient, but the Filthy Lucre count only goes up by one on Nightfalls, and 2 by Crucible & Gambit wins for me. I have 18 out of 300 collected and I'm not going to pay $35 for the deluxe edition so I can get the catalyst enhancement perks from that season so am I screwed here? or is there another way? Because at this rate It'll be February before you know it and Season of the Lost will be done and on to other things.

Probably won't help but I should say it anyway - the catalyst enhancement perks only work on the current season's quest, ie, the only catalyst quest you can get the boost for here and now is for Lorentz Driver. So it wouldn't help you with Witherhoard's quest, only way to do it is to slog through.

I've been grinding out the Eriana's Vow catalyst quest since that season ended since I burned out around that time and didn't wanna even touch D2 for almost a year. Only 8 more to go for me; you can do it if you do other things instead of focusing on that.

i did mine by playing crucible Mayhem and speed running (leaving everyone behind and charging through like an eejot) Strikes. Nightfall only gives 1 more point. It was fun to do because i like strikes and dont mind mahyem, its for eejots :)
