Head ornament not appearing

Just bought the pumpkin head unwrapped it unlocked it its not with my head ornaments so where is it the ornament was purple doesn't that mean its for a purple helmet

It is not a universal ornament. It is an ornament specifically for the Masquerader's Hood.

For future use, it's always a good idea to read what you buy exactly.

You have:
- "Universal ornaments", which go on any legendary gear.
- "Warlock/Hunter/Titan Universal ornaments", which go on any legendary gear for that specific class only.
- "Warlock/Hunter/Titan Ornaments", the ones that look like exotics, those only work on the mentioned exotic in their description.
- "Weapon Ornaments", which only go on the mentioned weapon in their description.
- And we have "Mask Ornaments", those are specificly for the Festival of the Lost (Halloween), which only works on the Masquerader's Hood. But people already said that.
