where i can farm the Gnawing Hunger AR ??

it said i can obtain through Gambit prime and gambit prime are long gone, any farming tips ?

It doesn't currently drop from a farmable source. Banshee and Xur may stock it in their rotating inventories.
Not sure if it is in any of the Umbral Engram pools.

i've opened a lot of Umbral this season, didn't get any

It still drops from prime and umbral engrams, just the world loot pool is diluted with a lot more stuff.

Lenses from two previous season are still there. But not sure if they contain Gnawing Hunger as a focus. The general weapon and armor focuses still just draw from the current world pool.
