I want to obtain the Couturier cosmetic set for my Titan, is that impossible now?

Was the Couturier cosmetic set for the classes a season of the splicer exclusive or is there a way for me to obtain it now?

It was a cosmetic set for sale in the Eververse shop last season. The pieces did rotate into the Bright Dust section (one by one) during the season, but that was just during S14. This season it's the Nemean Lion set.

Check the Archive section of the Eververse shop. If it's available this season, that's where it'll be. It'll cost Silver though. Probably about 1.5K silver (which I think works out to about $15 USD).

The seasonal Eververse sets become unavailable the season after the one in which they are released, and return the season after.
So here in Season 15, Season 13's set came back, the Celestial Set. We'd expect to see Season 14's set come back when The Witch Queen launches, but things might be different due to the extended length of this season.

it will rotate back around again on the in game shop and be purchaseable for dust which can be grinded easily and stockpiled for such things, you can buy all previous transmog sets for money too in the archive section.

all event transmog sets are purchaseable for both at 6000 dust for a full set
