If you have Beyond light, you need the Deluxe upgrade, if not you need Beyond Light Deluxe.

Yep, as the others have said, the Deluxe Edition of Beyond Light (or the upgrade to that) will give you access to the quests and activities from all of the Y4 seasons.

I just returned this game at season 15. ( It's like a few weeks ago. ) I bought Beyond Light Deluxe and I could access all Beyond Light seasons ( 12 13 14 15 ). I could do all of those hunt , battlefield , splicer and astral alignment. Season pass is only season 15. But I could get past season 14's season pass's exotique Cryosthesia 77K from the bungie net past season pass claim page. Some dude said to me that if I use old companion app I could access another past season pass that I paid but I don't know how to download those app. I'm actually missing season of arrival season pass items for my titan :(

You can still claim previous season pass rewards from the link below. HOWEVER, you cannot rank up previous season passes so you already had to be at the specific rank to claim the rewards. If you missed the previous season pass entirely and never ranked up, you won't be able to claim the rewards.
