Harbinger Feathers won't appear

Managed to get the Full Hawkmoon Fireteam Triumph as well as the Fastest Harbinger, but when we went back to grab all 5 feathers, none of them would show up. Any ideas?

feathers only show up on 1 run per week

Also its a known bug that getting all of them may not trigger the triumph, so you may not want to go out of your way to do so until that is fixed.

So is it one feather per run, or all 5 feathers in a single run, but only once per week? Never heard about it being time gated, pretty lame :(

5 feathers a week I think since I got the 5 in separate runs
