Stuck on Step 13 like so many others

Is this ever gonna get fixed. A great way to introduce people to your game. Start the main story. Get to Step 13 and everyone gets stuck there so they quit the game. This has been going on for a month now. Check Reddit. No wonder no new players are joining the game. Its the Step 13 mass exodus.

Can you tell us what questline in particular it is? I keep up with the game pretty well, and I haven't heard any problems with step 13 of a quest, nor have I heard of the quest you mentioned.

Step 13 of "A Guardian Rises" Your suppose to talk to the blue face guy just after arriving at the tower. I think its suppose to start a cut scene. it does nothing. It just says "Talk blue face leader guy". talking to him doesn't progress anything. He acts as if you know him already and offers you Bounties. Thats about it.

It may be that you entered the lobby of the tower and not the quest. I vaguely remember being able to start a quest from the director -> tower map. Click the big blue icon for the quest. Talking to Zavala in the tower lobby wouldn't progress it for me.

When you are supposed to go to the tower and talk to Zavala, you open destinations, then the Tower, and there it is, a big bold blue icon to start the quest step. You don't GO to the tower, you start that quest step that takes you to the tower and leads you through what you need to do. Maybe, just maybe you should pay attention to what you are doing.

So here was the problem they need to address. When I was on this mission and got to the Tower it was 3 AM. I'm like ok so ill just log out at Commander Z and get to bed. When I logged back in I didn't realise that it was a instance and that it auto removes you from it upon logging out. They need to be more clear about this.
