Raids are fine where they are, there are plenty of ways to find a group.
Biggest flaw and downfall of the entire game.
And you have about 25 red dots before the run that you were able to actually complete.
Given that you have 13 hours of play time in VoG (post-week 1) and 1 clear, I think we can safely draw the conclusion that this was not a good idea.
The fact that you need to add people on Steam is absolutely ridiculous.
you don't need to add people on Steam, Destiny has a /join /invite function that works perfectly fine
Listen, dont lie now.
Honestly, DOES it really work well?
Really?
This game needs a proper full functioning "LFG/LFP/Raid invite" system - based off what PLAYERS put, that way MORE interaction would be involved, MORE people would randomly NEED each other more and make more use of one another, rather than running passed 50 players, with absolutely NO and i repeat NO interaction needed or done.
This game lack a proper communication/multiplayer/social experience - and as someone stated in another thread, this game is a glorified single player story made game, with the ability to see random players lol.
how does /join not work well? does exactly what it's intended to do, and my comment was in response to someone saying you need to add people to your friendlist on Steam to play with them, which is categorically false.
personally, I would rather use discord for finding players, that way I have more control over who I join, who I let join me and can make specific stipulations for certain instances. any in game system would no doubt be worse than what we can already do in discord servers
I mean there's a lot more annoying things in life other than something in a video game not working for a couple of weeks
