Is Rat King good?

i have been playing Destiny 2 as long as my brother, and he refuses to use anything but Rat King. Does anyone have any legitimate arguments against this?

good point. but im planning on setting up a raid team and he is the only one using rat king (probably), and he says that the invisibility is overpowered

In fact, real good weapons can be found using by many people, but rat king, I can’t even remember last time I saw people using it...

Might I suggest games of CRUCIBLE to determine who the real RAT KING is?

First attempt you don't die; keep the rat king.
Second attempt you die you lose the rat king :

It's good for some situations like solo content or more mid-game group PvE.
But in a raid? He's holding you back with it.

It's only good when you play with stacks/in groups, it's pretty bad outside of that.

Its ok, especially when MW'd and in 3 pack

I tried it in 2 to mw catalyst at moon, but then i joined in 3 one time and it speedup firing rate on top of extra damage,

It's not so bad in single either, that wanish and helth regen can be handy in dense areas. I have it mostly for sidearm missions :)
