dismantle hamer of proving

Yo guys, I'm kinda new to this game, I'm currently 1195 power. Today, I dismantle my hammer of proving because it wouldn't let me resocket a new mod, and I thought I could get it again just by completing battleground. Now the Hammer of Proving has forever been lost in my character. How do I get it again?

Check the terminal next to the Postmaster in the Tower, you should find the Hammer there.

If it's not at the quest kiosk at the tower (to the left of the postmaster) try the war table at HELM.

Should be at the War Table in the HELM.

Yeah, go to the War Table.
