What am I supposed to do with all this Glimmer?

I am constantly hitting the glimmer cap of 250,000 glimmer. Am I missing something that Im supposed to be using the glimmer on?

hawthorne sells raid banners for glimmer, just spend all your glimmer on them.

I just think upgrade materials are a better sink for excess glimmer. I could buy 100 raid banners for just 300 legendary shards, anything to make those feel more useful and chip away at my 23k+ stockpile.

on my experience, you will be filled with it as much as little you have, cuz you will need it sometimes, and when you use it, it will be a big amount , i.e. upgrade modules, raid banners ascendant shards, etc.

Masterwork your armors. Buy bounties for the XP. You're going to run out in NO time at all

Buys mats from Spider, buy banners from Hawthorne, or gorge on repeatable bounties as if they were nachos.

I just want to throw out that only buy raid banners if you're in a clan that raids. I have two stacks of them in my inventory collecting dust because 1) I'm new light and got no raids to play now and 2) no one to play with.

But buying materials from Spider is a pretty good way to burn through them.
