how do you investigate entropic shard in well of infinitude tried everything and it wont do it ?

Same here. Reloaded twice to see if it was just a glitch, but I can't interact with it at all.

Have you tried using Salvation Grip, if not, then you haven't tried "everything"

yes shard has vanished but quest still says needs investigating
