how many feathers in total in harbinger activity?

i am missing 2 for the exotic quest. i've collected 5 feathers but didn't get the triumph for collecting all of them so i assume i missed one.

The Lightseeker triumph is currently broken.
There are five pickups per week (giving 17 feathers) and 7 + 10 from the two chests.
