All items Have the same powerlevel

Well has the title suggest, im having doubts about items. Today i logged in and noticed that my character power level was 1050 and all the items had the same powerlevel and in not sure what happen because yesterday i was playing and im pretty sure each items was different and i had 1150 or around that powerlevel, can some of you who know much more about this game explain to me what happend to my itens and character and why everyitem has the same power number when before each items was diffent and gave diffent power levels. Thank you and sorry if its a nooby question, i used to play on the ps4 and now i moved my charcater to the pc.

it probably reset to the seasonal minimum when you moved your character

Not since i moved my character 2 days ago i believe and the stats where correct, but yesterday the stats changed.
