For exotic armor, I'd look for armor like Orpheus Rigs, St0mp-EE5, Fr0st-EE5, Wormhusk Crown, and (maybe) Graviton Forfeit. Idk if Sixth Coyote is available for non-Forsaken players, but if so then it's a solid option too.
I’ll keep an eye on those gear.
What F2P Hunter Build would you suggest? PVE and or PVP?
I enjoy playing the Void Subclass for Hunter.
Mid tree plus Gwisin vest? I don't run this one a lot, but crouched kills gives you invis and there's no need to wait on your dodge or melee to recharge, so you could use that exotic slot to boost your super instead.
Bottom tree with Graviton Forfeit. The melee ability drops a smoke bomb that givs you invis. It already lasts longer than top tree invis but GF will make it last even longer and also recharge your melee faster. Helps to aim for a higher strength stat for a faster melee recharge.
If you're concerned about healing on mid or bottom tree, run Assassin's Cowl instead, which heals and cloaks you on elemental kills.
For purples, I suggest using anything that was added/re-added with Season of the Hunt. The light cap for those will be 1410 so they can be upgraded and stay relevant until the new major expansion launches in the fall.
If you see a good or high stat roll, hold onto it. You're a hunter so high mob and high rec rolls are the most ideal. Int doesn't hurt either if you like to use your super.
Same deal with weapons. God rolls (ideal combination of perks) on guns are nice, but not necessary for anything in F2P. You can check light.gg for what the best ones are per weapon if you're curious.
I hardly touch PvP with my hunter but everything I suggested before has worked for me fairly well in end-game PvE.
as far as F2P prophecy dungeon is the endgame for free play users
two sets of gear drop from that and a whole set of weapons
Wormhusk is another solid helmet choice, and Orpheus Rig or Stompees are okay boots. But I find Stompees too situational and primarily useful for ugly platforming challenges, while Orpheus Rig got nerfed too badly and really only works with top and bottom void, so if you have to switch elements for any reason, they're just vanilla pants with no effect.
