What exotics and legendary armors can I get with the Free to Play?

Hello everyone!

Is there a list somewhere of all the Free-To-Play exotics and legendary armors available? What armor and weapon exotics and what legendary armors that dont require any DLC to get.

For example I have been grinding on the Moon for a month hoping to get a piece of DreamBane armor but it never dropped. I assume I wont ever be able to get it unless I purchase the DLC that include it.

Can someone lead me to a list or help me out. I am mostly not buying any expansions because I dont have the GB left on my Hardrive for another 10GB of DLC or more :P.

For Exotics, you can look at your collections pages. Any exotic with the Red War (square arch) Curse of Osiris (eye in a diamond box) and Warmind (looks a bit like a winged diamond) symbols, are available to F2P.
There are a few exceptions - Monte Carlo and Lord of Wolves are also available to F2P.
Bad Juju, Whisper of the Worm and Outbreak Perfected also used to be available but their acquisition methods have been vaulted. Bad Juju might be at the memorial kiosk, I know Whisper and Outbreak perfected will be there soon.

Not sure of an easy way to show which legendary sets are available. At the moment I think it is, from normal drops,
Anti-Extinction, Sovereign, Simulator,
Seventh Seraph,
Kerak Type2,
Probably a few more?

You can get the Wildwood set from Devrim Kay, and Exodus Down from Failsafe,
I don't think you need DLC to get the Reverie Dawn set in The Dreaming City, you could get it from the Blind Well.
The Wild Hunt set comes from the season pass, even the free track,
Zavala, Shaxx and Drifter have similar variants of a new set for their activities.

Dreambane set requires Shadowkeep DLC, you get your first set from the campaign missions and subsequent sets from DLC-only sources.

Oh if it helps, basically your game download already contains all of the content - if someone has a DLC weapon, your system needs to have the data to display it, etc. Plus you've also got the Moon and Europa themselves, a large part of the data. So I don't believe the expansions actually 'add' much to the download, if at all, just a small download to signal for things to unlock.

since the red war is no longer avalible though..doesnt that mean you cant get the exotics?

Only the locations and activities were vaulted. So,
- If it was something that dropped from the regular 'world pool' of exotic loot, it's still available as a random drop. Actium War Rig, Khepri's Horn, Ashen Wake, SUROS Regime, Telesto, Hard Light, etc. They can all drop as an Exotic Engram, anywhere, and Xur might sell them too.
- If it dropped from a specific quest or activity that required access to those locations, it will be in the memorial kiosk. Sturm, Rat King, Sleeper Simulant, etc.
