As for what you do, well just max your resilience which will take it to a 3 shot. Wont stop people still headshotting you though.
Why anyone takes this clownshow seriously has always baffled me.
Never take a fight where you don't get the first hit in, you'll always lose against people that can aim. If you get shot, don't try to shoot back, evade instead. That's where map knowledge comes into play, don't put yourself into a position where you can't get behind cover.
One last quick question: the Hunter Arcstrider's bottom perk tree has a perk named "Lightning Reflexes" that supposedly makes you "harder to kill while dodging". I've tried using it, but I've not really noticed it doing much? Is it supposed to reduce damage taken or make it harder for the enemy to hit you? Because it doesn't seem to be doing either of those...?
Yes.
Mobility is a complete and utter waste for non-hunters in PVE but it's very useful in PVP.
You can use stompees fine with mida just for the movement that stompees give, dragon's shadow might be better if you purely want to lane with mida. If you prefer movement as your play than stick with stompees.
