The Shattered Dreaming City Bounty

Sometimes petra has this bounty for the day that awards gear where you have to find toland in the ascendant challenge. Lately when i do this and listen to Toland's chat, it wont complete the bounty. A bug they aint fixin or does anyone know whats wrong? I used to run this all the time but somewhere along the line in beyond light this started happening.

This is a known bug. It has not been fixed for a long time. It will probably still be broken when Forsaken gets vaulted.
