Besides that any mod or perk that grants power ammo, auto-reloads your power-weapon, or increases Arc damage or Arc splash damage is worth using. Sympathetic Arsenal (reloads stowed weapons) on a primary or energy weapon can be good. Some bows can roll w Sympathetic Arsenal, which would be best since it activates when you reload after a kill, and bows "reload" after each shot.
Ammo Finder and Scavenger mods are probably worth it if not necessary.
I'm struggling to think of Titan armor that would help besides Actium. Hunters using Mask of Bakris get their Arc weapons buffed after dodging. Warlocks using Mantle of Battle Harmony and an Arc subclass get their Arc weapon damage buffed when their Super is charged.
I could see Citan's Ramparts or Icefall Mantle enhancing Thunderlord by helping you guard yourself while using it. Usually with a machine gun you expose yourself to enemy fire as you stand and shoot. With Citan's you can shoot through your barricade. With Icefall your barricade becomes an overshield (but you can't sprint). Thunderlord + Icefall would be similar to Heir Apparent, but with lightning.
Running as a Behemoth (Stasis), there are fragments which make you resistant to damage when near a crystal, and which buff your weapon damage after freezing a target (that last one may have been nerfed recently).
I would say that I would rather run Seventh Seraph Saw or Xenophage if I was running a machine gun. Equip a Warming Cell mod and 7SS can create warmind cells which are probably more effective than TL's lightning. Equip Wrath of Rasputin with Xenophage and it too can make warmind cells. Xeno + warmind cells is one of the most potent loadouts for endgame activity, if you've got it. But if Thunderlord is speaking to you, that's what you can use for it.
No, that only affects dragonfly, firefly and chain reaction. Thunderlord doesn't have any of these perks, it has its own special intrinsic perk called "lightning rounds".
IDK, I think my are is quite helpful TBH.
Oh, there's evidence? Excellent. Let's see it.
I gave you the useful info already. Unfortunately, you're ignorant and stubborn. You post questions and ignore the correct answers because they don't align with your existing beliefs, which in most cases are objectively wrong.
Exotic auto rifles and machine guns aren't any better than the legendary ones. Actually, in most cases they're worse. They also use your exotic weapon slot, meaning that they can't be used in combination with other strong weapons to form a good loadout.
Xenophage is kind of the exception because it doesn't behave like most machine guns. It's good for dealing with majors and champions and not terrible for boss damage. It's a solid "jack of all trades, master of none" type weapon.
Auto rifles and machine guns are generally bad picks in the current sandbox but some of the legendary options are okay if you really want to use them. They'll do fine in bottom of the barrel content where you can do fine with absolutely anything. If you want to play high-end PVE content, you will struggle.
