Bloody RNG - Running Legend Lost Sector K1 Logistics And No Exotics

Ran yesterday's Legend one and got legs 4/6 runs, did 5 runs today and not a single exotic arm dropped... Also got no cores on 1 run, which combined with no exotic's or even legendary items dropping was just pure poop.

At least I got the load out sorted, Ticcu's, kinetic sniper (long shadow) and Bad Omens makes it much easier than running with the SAW MG for the heavy weapon. Now to farm it with my Warlock to flesh out their exotics and maybe get some sweet, sweet necrotic grasps drop.

And then farm like crazy for the thundercrash titan chest piece tomorrow. Would be nice if Icefall Mantles would drop though...

RNG is RNG... Each time I get an exotic from a lost Sector, the stats are at that 56 total evenly spread out. Sharded Mantle of Battle harmony and Omnioculus that way, dunno when I get them as a Nightfall loot drop. On the other hand, I got Eyes of Tomorrow from my 2nd DSC run.... So go figure.

I've had decent luck in Legend Lost Sectors when it comes to exotics. Have yet to go double digits in a single exotic run.

did the 1330 many times eventually got the new warlock exotic as a 58 roll.... im guessing thats to encourage me to grind nightfalls at the chance of a better roll...

The first one drops with lower stats because it's a guaranteed drop if you have all of the other exotics.

I just get the same **** stats on stuff again and again. I must confess the they really could do with improving the situation.

Ouch.

Guess Bungie wants us to grind Legend/Master difficultly Nightfalls :/ Because the stat spikes on exotics there are always different.

It's still better than Path Of Exile. Compared to that hellscape exotics drop pretty frequently in this game. Though not as frequently in Grim Dawn, where my stashes on multiple builds are overflowing with loots.

This is why I don't like grinding much in this game, it gets incredibly boring and it's very unrewarding.

Though if you do DSC every week it eventually increases your chance of a drop to 100% according to Bungie, since they mention it in a recent This Week in Bungie they fixed the chance to get the Eyes of Tomorrow.

Anyhow, RNG favoured me in my 2nd proper clear of K1 Communion Legendary (ran out of time, wrong gear 2 times, and resurrected back at right back at the start) and I got the Cuirass of the Falling Star and the Telesto Catalyst! I even got a decent roll on the Cuirass of 62 with spikes in Resilience and Discipline, though would have preferred the 2nd spike being in Intellect to allow me to get my super more often.
