Are you using a Warlock? If you want to gain the most height and glide a little further, tap the space bar twice in quick succession. Don't wait for yourself to reach the top of the jump (like how you'd use a Hunter's double jump or a Titan's jets), boost the moment your feet leave the floor. That will gain the most height to hopefully reach the platform.

Yes, that is a hunter. All three classes have different jumps, Hunter has double/triple jumps, Titans are more like jetpacks, and warlocks are floaty space magic. Each behave differently, but obviously all of them can do any given jumping section in the game, you just have to learn how your jump works. Even any variant of the jump should be able to beat any given section, it just may be easier or harder in certain situations. I set all my jumps to what felt the best to use and haven't had to touch them once in all the years since.
Found a video of a titan doing the puzzle, you can find the part you are stuck on. Most likely you are just missing a platform you are supposed to jump to.

Sorry, it's you. I did it more than once with new character.
It's a matter of route, look at the different places and plan your route. It also helps to sprint in the direction you are about to jump and manage your jumps according to the class you're playing. The first time I did it, I found it frustrating, until I caught onto what I said above.
WAIT, you have triple jump and only had two? Looks like you stepped off before jumping, and failed to maintain sprint. That jump is easy.
Edit: You also did the second jump too soon.
