Essence of Greed missing from Lectern

I was planning on farming the Fine Memorial machine gun but I noticed that I don't have the quest available in the Lectern I looked in my quests tab and couldn't find anything relating to this and the abandoned quests kiosk at the tower is empty too what do I have to do to get this quest back?

its a nightmare essence from my understanding its a random drop from activities on the moon.

I'm sorry but are ya'll not aware that Fine Memorial was sunset and therefore, the quest was removed..??

All of the Moon weapons have been re-issued post-sunsetting. Even when they were sunset the quests were all still available.

If it's missing it's because you've not found it yet, or possibly you have but have not 'cleansed' it yet. These essences, or some of them at least, rotate through the nightmare hunt activities but also as ZEALOT said just randomly across the moon. You can get them from just opening a chest

Nightmare Hunts guarantee certain ones I believe, if I remember it correctly.

go to the quest kiosk near the postmaster see if its there. if it is it wont show up on the moon.
