BUG? Game took away 4 of each of my synthweave resources

ADA-1 gave me 10 of each, then there was a quest to use it to unlock any legendary item or something like that. Well I didn't have any that I wanted to unlock, so I just didn't do it. Later on, while I was doing patrols on the tangled shores, the quest's requirement just fulfilled itself in the middle of a battle. An hour later, I checked my synthweave resources, and 4 of each are missing.

For the 10 freebies, Ada-1 only gives 5 of each, the other 5 are given by the Splicer Servitor during the opening Path of the Splicer mission.
Did you pick up the second amount? That could be why you've got less than you expected.

Ada gave me 5 of them 2 times in separate dialogues, and the numbers did say 10 of each.

I don't have the splicer season pass which I assume is needed to interact with the splicer servitor.

I have figured out how to talk to the servitor, but I still don't understand why the game took synthweave from me.
