Loud Lullaby without Shadowkeep?

Is it possible to get the Loud Lullaby without owning Shadowkeep? Like is it in the world lootpool on the moon?

you don't want it trust me. the stats are prolly the worst out of all 120s

I'm mainly a pvp player and Loud Lullaby is the only non-blue handcannon currently rolling with Kill Clip. After the last 120 nerf Kill Clip became the only good perk for two-tapping in pvp, since Rampage tier one no longer two-taps.

i don't think you can, the table to buy the quests to farm these weapons is locked behind shadowkeep and the dungeon too, best thing you can do is just hope that next season bungie adds crimil dagger to iron banner again
