Solstice Armor is pretty bad

So i dont know about the rest of you but I've spent 3-4 very sleepless days grinding out this armor to get it to glow and I am utterly underwelmed by how lack luster, trash and just general poop it is.

I went this far;

Values are calculated before mods and master works (no exotic comparisons)

So I spent 3-4days grinding armor that is by far worse then what I currently have for what? A cosmetic Item that honestly isn't that stellar.

Not to mention you can Unlock them with Armor Synth to begin with... so ummm whats the point of this?

Is this just another Game Play loop to add grind to a game that doesn't need it. It needs more cool and powerful things.

Well all mine Sunstead magnificent armor pieces have 56-53 of stat way low. They are total garbage and not only there are again those silly meta goals to be done. Master nightfall with 61 of stat on a sunstead helm magnificent is a bad joke. All last year's solstice magnificent armor pieces are at 72-96 pts of stats rewarded at the event.
For unknown reasons radiant light and powerful friends modifier are not working when you have equipped sunstead magnificent greaves.

I've got ripped off this year's event so bad and not only have to say but only sunstead magnificent ornament that look great is the helmet...the rest are trash they are simpl reskin from couturier titan bundle.

I still enjoy playing around Earth Arial zone but rushing to complete in two days all objectives that led me to a disaster reward is a big ripoff.

Shouldve saved your packages and keys until you unlocked white glows on all 3 characters. After doing that, every single solstice armor piece I got from packages dropped with 60+ stats. Stat distribution was stilll mostly ♥♥♥♥ though.

It's nice to have a new repeatable mini game that only exists for a little while every year breaks up the monotony of playing game modes literally called "rituals" because they're exactly the same every time.

Im just saying that these armor are a bad joke. Its fine that their "Free" if thats your claim to fame, but the thing is Ive completed it all on Hunter and Warlock now and the Lock is the only one that looks appealing to any degree; At all. Not to mention that they all Roll with incredably low stats, No where near the same stat Points or Rolls that are on my current Gear let alone Higher. Ive gotten a couple of 65 Total Stat pieces but its all got alike a 20-30 stat Strength and the rest is just 2's.

So which is better spending my time Doing this Solstice junk, keep trying to farm Corrupted Expunge or go Back to trying to farm Prophecy Boss
