DLC Content not showing

Hey there guys - looking for help.

I was gifted the DLC content for destiny 2. I accepted, but it didn't show in game and keeps prompting me to buy. I can see in my steam account that DLC has been installed.

So a refund was requested and I purchased the DLC instead.

Now it says I have purchased - I can see the DLC in steam - but NOTHING is showing in game still...

Does anyone have any ideas?
I have logged in and out.
Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Has anyone else had this problem before and managed to fix it?

Which DLC?
If you are clicking on the icon next to Europa, this is just an advertisement for the deluxe edition. To play Forsaken and Shadowkeep, visit the quest kiosk at the Tower, to the left of the postmaster. To play Beyond Light, visit Variks on Europa.

Thanks for that - trouble is it can only go to the cosmodrome - everything else is gray on the map :( so not sure how I will be able to talk to them in this case.

Thanks for that - trouble is it can only go to the cosmodrome - everything else is gray on the map :( so not sure how I will be able to talk to them in this case.

Oh, you need to finish the tutorial to escape the Cosmodrome. Just do what Shaw Han tells you to and you'll be able to escape.

No problem. Just know that having it doesn't remove some of the purchase prompts for the DLC because the game doesn't check if you own it when presenting the popup for it. It can be safely ignored if it happens.
