Bought weapon but can’t use? Help

I purchased Arianas vow, unlocked it and nothing? Under my collections it says unobtainable? What’s going on. I paid £9.00 for this as I’ve wanted to try for ages! I hope someone could assist me with my issue

I guess you might also mean you bought a skin in the store for silver? This is also just the skin and not the gun, you would still need to unlock that. But I think you can just buy it at the Monuments in the tower.

That is ornament/skin of the gun only..if you want the real guns can be bought in memorial kiosk. It does not need real money to use it but in game materials
