Wayfinder's voyage I : I'm stuck

So I'm at that step where the quest tells me to speak to Petra at the H.E.L.M through the Compass but when I do it just brings up the Compass bounties and stuff, no Petra monologue where she'd tell me what to do next. Tried restarting the game, loading in the H.E.L.M several times but nothing changes, suggestions anyone ?

Anyway found the fix : I redid the Astral Alignment activity without shooting the ether wisps (the purple bubbles), removed the quest then picked it back up and now I can progress.
