If you already own the seasons on your account and buy deluxe again on PC then nothing extra is given. Your best option is to buy the base version.

Unlike DLC which has to be purchased for each platform you play on due to the way licensing works season passes actually transfer to all linked platforms on ypur account and only need to purchased once.

If you're planning on switching to PC then you only need the standard version of the expansions as any season passes and/or bonus cosmetic items will already be available to you. Any Silver on your PlayStation account won't transfer to PC but any items you buy with it will.

If you just want Beyond Light then just get the Standard Edition, if you also want the previous expansions then the Legendary Edition may still be the better deal even though the season it includes will be wasted.
