so just got to the last mission to do override the last city and it is on Europa? is it really a case of waiting for it to rotate to the last city override? and if so what the hell were they thinking?

The Season Of The Splicer storyline is now legacy. You will have to wait until it rotates to be the Last City.

yea i get that it is legacy but why would they make the final mission for that season be a rotating mission? ive already completed all of them on another character was just getting my titan up to speed and now i have to wait for whenever it rotates to access content that ive paid for. just seems stupid to me. And the fact that it has been Europa override for the last few weeks it seems.

Same, took a break for work reasons and when I returned to complete the story today, I found out it is content locked to a rotation. I can understand that Bungie may have wanted to encourage participation for the end of the Season, but honestly, I feel cheated.

Wish they made it a single player mission instead of an event.
