サーバーに接続できません

タイトル文通りのエラーメッセージがサインイン中に表示され、一向に開始することができません。
光の超越の時期には普通にプレイできていたのですが、なにか解決法はないでしょうか？
Playstation版のアカウントからクロスセーブでsteam版をプレイしていました。
