Beyond Light - No Time to Explain preorder bonus missing?

I preordered Beyond light, started playing it about 30 mins ago. I got a message saying the cryptach would have my preorder bonus at the Tower (No Time to Explain rifle and the Sparrow). After i did the first Beyond Light mission, i went to the tower and to the cryptarch to claim them...but he only gave me the Sparrow, how do i get the No Time to Explain pulse rifle??

Actually the message said we would receive the rifle from the Stranger upon completion of the campaign.

Go to rahool in the tower or amanda.

Did it? I could have sworn it said both were available at the tower...maybe i misread it.

You get the gun after you beat the campaign

Literally just went back into orbit and a separate banner showed about beating the campaign to get it...sorry guys, should have tried doing that first!

Hmmm that's odd, all pre order bonusses should come at rahool in the tower.

Would have been nice if Bungie would have mentioned that to begin with. They just throw it in this all the other stuff you get immediately. Its not our fault, it is Bungie's terrible communication skills.

it is literally the first thing it throws at you on log in, learn to read, and not embarrass yourself for looking dumb.

pretty sure the pre order bonus said we get it early and u would normaly get it from the end of campaign

I pre-ordered the deluxe version. I did not get them at the start. Oh well.
