xenophage codes

i have tried the codes listed on various forums, youtube etc and cannot get any of the codes to work.. What am i missing?....does the type of weapon matter...if you get it wrong once do you need to restart the level. How do you work out the codes by yourself??

I assume you mean the ones at the end of the lost sectors? You just get all the panels to match the one shown at the top, nothing fancier than that.

well yeah....but how do you do it......as i said...i tried codes posted and
they did not work...tried to work out how it was designed but cannot do it

The codes are specific to their lost sector.

3a) Archer's Line code: Top left, bottom left, middle, middle right.
3b) Anchor of Light code: Bottom left, bottom right, top middle, top middle.
3c) Hellmouth code: Top right, middle left, middle, bottom middle, bottom right, bottom right, bottom middle, bottom middle.
3d) Sorrow's Harbor code: Middle left, middle, middle, middle left, middle top, middle bottom, middle, middle right.

The codes worked fine for me when i did them a couple of days ago, make sure you're using the right code for the right sector.
