Double Trouble - Dreaming City Secret Triumph
When we kill the abomination to get twin chests, it only spawns a single chest. Is there an issue with this triumph?

I saw the same issue yesterday.
We tried to kill both bosses in a different order taken then Scorn, then Scorn and Taken.
They each drop one chest. I am not sure if we are killing them too fast or something?
I was on PS4 when we were trying this. I have not purchased all the expansions for the PC yet. I wonder if this is just another bug in the growing list at Bungie.
