no awoken talisman

so my friend has completed the forsaken campain and the quest in the dreaming city but now he cant get the exotic quest for wish ender, someone knows if the way to get the exotic quest has changed?

It hasn't changed. I just actually finished it last week after letting it sit for ages. Wanted to clear those stupid tokens from my quest log

i mean the way to get the talisman, normaly you get it from petra but he didnt see anything there

she moved to dreaming city. she has all her bounties there including the talisman

I just checked the vault in the tower, wish ender isn't there which means the quest must still be available

i know, but he cant find a way to get the quest for him

try the misson broker thing at the tower, if its not there try the top right area of the tangle shore, i remeber a flagpole giving a mission there since they removed the ghost wisp thing.

THAT! the mission broker! i remember finding one of forsaken's missing quests there!

The way I got WishEnder started with going into shattered throne and talking to the statue, i didn't do anything else fancy other than complete the main Forsaken campaign.
