Not getting enemy ingredient drops

Earlier today I queued into hallowed lair a few times and killed well over 200+ Scorn, and only had three dark ether spirals to show for it - I also farmed fallen on europa for a good thirty minutes and only had one ether spiral

What gives?

Bad luck. I ran the fanatic strike twice and got 9 total dark ethers

the drop rate is extremely terrible compared to last dawning event. i too had a hard time with it specially the one that requires headshots which is the Perfect Taste ingredient. as much as i killed with headshots i only managed to get 3 out of hundreds of headshot kills.that's so ridiculous tbh

most of the scorn in that strike is bugged and doesn't count towards bounties so i wouldn't be surprised if they aren't dropping them because of that

got zero out of couple hundred precision kills

I actually having trouble with ether cane popping up on screen, but when I try to cook, it says I got none. Earlier today I had no issue , but now I'm getting nothing.
