Light Reforged quest step 3 of 5 won't progress;

I have 455 valor points when clearly I have past 350 points. When will going to be over?

Just had abandon the quest and took it back and still not progressing the damn 350 of valor points. I already have resetted once my rank and I have more than 695 points. What is going on?

Seeing as it mentions the Glory matches I assume it means Glory points and Valor points is just a typo.
But I may be wrong.

Some of those quests bug out if you reset your rank and get forever stuck at negative 9 million (viewable only via braytech.com)

Yeah I just acumulated 456 glory pts and the damn thing still didn't get completed.

So it seems after X years it's still bugged? Been stuck on this quest for 4 days since I started to play, but instead of being stuck at Valor points I'm stuck at 1/2 Quickplays, doesn't matter what I play it doesn't advance anymore, 1/2 was because of a Rumble match
