Monument to Lost Lights help!
I am only a forsaken DLC owner, I don't own shadowkeep or Beyond light.

I have one Exotic Cypher, which exotic should I choose?

I'm debating between Truth, Izanagi, and thorn... I play a little bit of gambit, so I'm think Truth (Just cause I'm that bad lol) But I'm wondering if thorn would be good...

What are your thoughts?

For gambit - izanagi or truth
For crucible - thorn
For PVE - izanagi

Izanagi is one of the best PVP snipers. It can 1 tap body supers with Honed Edge x4

I can't hold more then 2 exotic cyphers at once... thanks bungie!

If you still have missing exotics you could use a cypher on Xur. Spend 97 legendary shards to buy the first exotic engram, then you can use the cypher for the next one
