Yeah, and 1 year is the lifespan of weapons according to Bungie.

That’s so weird

As much as I'm not overly happy with being forced to switch weapons and armour, I already have found things that have new perks which interest me enough to get me to switch anyways. The new rocket launcher and pulse can get some pretty neat perks. AS for armour, I really don't like being forced to switch it out.

now you can easy clear all your vault and salvage all gear and weps and start all from 0 since bungie hates when people use same gun for couple years
now you must use crap weps which ones cant kill

Funny thing that bungie decide to do this thing, cause need to change meta in pvp. And what we see? They give felwinter lie to all gamers and pvp is still dont have light cap. So all the guns still work and pvp meta changes only on trials and competetive.

Do not do this, the sunsetting system has been received so poorly I'm certain they will get rid of it.

Like they seriously cannot delete so many bases for loadouts.

I for one don't use kinetic primaries and would prefer an energy sidearm, how many of those are coming? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
How long will I need to play with loot I don't prefer to use? How long does it take for Bungie to notice all the bases they essentially deleted, like 3 months to a year?

Like what was the problem of letting people play with the items they liked and had already bonded?

I'm not someone who has a god roll Spare Rations or Beloved since I didn't like either as a weapon, yet I get punished because Bungie doesn't want players to enjoy the game with the loot they deserve.

If making content is so hard according to Bungie then why did they remove everything they made and cannot replace, that sounds like a bigger job than before yet they did it, the logic here is so broken I cannot understand at all.

You have to call a spade a spade. It's all about forcing you to buy a DLC.
Katzh Nov 16, 2020 @ 2:28am
Because they want everyone to play with the same 4-5 weapon so it's easier for them to balance the game duh.
