This is all i can find. Hope it at least points you in the right direction.
It's a general networking issue error, basically loss of data packets being sent to and from servers.
For me, I usually know it's going to happen because out of nowhere, me or my teammates will get massive lag from out of nowhere, then the black screen of "you've been booted", followed by this error code.
The fact that they state on the website that this code means they were notified as soon as it happened, and the fact that I only see it happen in PvP content, is why I believe it's hacking/network manipulation.
